Northshore Capital Corp. ("NCC") was established in 2009 and provides asset financing brokerage services as well as being an investment vehicle to manage various investments in multiple industries.
John's background in commercial finance started in 1996 at an entry level position with Textron Finance. John has managed portfolio assets in excess of USD$400Million working with companies such as CitiGroup, LiftCapital and Travelers. Experience in vendor finance, resort financing and most recently managing Canada's largest general aviation portfolio.
In July 2017 John resigned his position with Travelers Finance Ltd., as Vice President, Aviation Finance to focus on being an entrepreneur, leveraging his experience in dealing with successful business owners and analyzing complex investments. NCC's focus is to maximize growth of privately held companies located in strategic areas and businesses that are complimentary to each other.
All operations have been amalgamated effective Jan 1 2024 under the name North Shore Ltd.

History
NorthShore's name is derived from the famous north shore of Lake Superior. John is from Northern Ontario and spends quality time on the north shore of Superior as time permits. The northern tradition of integrity, respect and work ethic are represented by NorthShore Capital Corp.
